The NEET-UG exam, held on Sunday for admission to MBBS and BDS courses, was smoothly organized by authorities in Hyderabad, Telangana. The National Testing Agency (NTA) is employing technology more effectively this time to deter cheating and errors in NEET exams. A new Artificial Intelligence-based real-time analytical tool will be utilized for the first time.
High-Tech Cheating Busting: AI Invigilates NEET Exam Halls Across India
Artificial intelligence algorithms based on CCTV footage will be used to monitor students throughout the exam, and any mistakes they make will result in immediate punishment. Nationally, the exam will be conducted offline, using the traditional pen and paper method.
This year, a record-breaking 23,81,833 candidates have applied for the NEET exam across the country. In Telangana, 70,000 individuals will be taking the exam, which will be held in Hyderabad, Madhya Pradesh Malkajigiri, and Warangal.
