3 IPOs open in July
The IPOs of Emcure Pharma and Bansal Wire Industries will be open for subscription from July 3 to July 5. Emcure Pharma’s IPO is sized at Rs 1,952.03 crore, comprising 0.79 crore fresh shares worth Rs 800 crore and 1.14 crore shares through an offer for sale. Bansal Wire Industries’ IPO is a completely fresh issue valued at Rs 745.00 crore, with 2.91 crore shares being issued. In the SME segment, Ambe Laboratories’ IPO will be open from July 4 to July 8, with a size of Rs 44.68 crore, combining both fresh issue and offer for sale.
11 IPOs listed next week
14 IPOs in 1 Week: In addition, 11 IPOs will be listed next week. On the mainboard, Allied Blenders & Distillers Limited’s IPO will be listed on the BSE and NSE on July 2, and Vraj Iron & Steel’s issue will be listed on July 3.
Nine SME IPOs will also be listed next week, including Shivalic Power Control, Sylvan Plyboard (India) Ltd, Mason Infratech Limited, and Visaman Global Sales Limited. Akiko Global Services Limited, Divine Power Energy Limited, and Petro Carbon and Chemicals Limited will be listed on July 2.
Diensten Tech Limited will be listed on July 3, and Nephro Care India will be listed on July 5.
