Northern Arc Capital Limited
Investors can place bids for this IPO between 16 and 19 September. The issue size is ₹777 crore, with the company offering 1.9 crore fresh shares worth ₹500 crore and 1.05 crore shares through OFS valued at ₹277 crore. The price band is set between ₹249 and ₹263 per share. Each lot contains 57 shares, and investors will need to invest ₹14,991. The listing will occur on 24 September.

SME Board IPOs:
Next week, 5 SME Board IPOs will open, including Osel Devices, Pelatro, Paramount Specialty Forgings, BikeWo GreenTech, and SD Retail Logo. Investing in one lot will require an amount ranging between ₹1.18 lakh and ₹1.31 lakh.

IPOs to be listed:
Next week, 14 IPOs will be listed. On the main board, Bajaj Housing Finance, Tolins Tyres, PN Gadgil Jewellers, and Kross will be listed, while in the SME sector, 10 IPOs will be listed, including Excellent Wires and Packaging, Trafiksol ITS Technologies, SPP Polymers, Gajanand International, and Share Samadhan.
