West Midlands Police were called to Arbour Drive, Bilston, shortly after 6:00 AM on Friday, August 16th, following reports of a violent altercation involving weapons. Officers arriving at the scene found three men suffering from serious, though thankfully non-life-threatening, wounds. All three were transported to a local hospital for treatment. 

A rapidly coordinated police operation, involving multiple units and utilizing police dogs, led to the swift arrest of six individuals in connection with the attack. Disturbing online footage, reportedly of the incident, appears to show a group of masked men in dark clothing wielding weapons, attacking a white car, forcing open doors, smashing the vehicle, and dragging an occupant to the ground. Police later confirmed the seizure of a firearm connected to the case. 

The Suspects & Legal Proceedings: 

Of the six individuals initially arrested: 

• Four men of Indian origin were charged and remanded in custody over the weekend: 

• Hardeep Singh, 28, from Hounslow 

• Harpeet Singh, 25, from Leicester 

• Mukesh Kumar, 30, from Wolverhampton 

• Lakwinder Singh, 26, from Smethwick 

• Two other individuals were released on bail pending further investigation. 

The four charged men appeared before Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 19th. Legal proceedings against them are now underway.
