Saha argued that if Murthy expected such long hours, he should increase salaries or be prepared for mass resignations. He accused Murthy of disrespecting employees and disregarding work-life balance. Captioning the video with, “When your boss asks you to work for extra hours…. !!! 70 hours per week my FOOT…”, Saha’s clip quickly went viral on Instagram, garnering over 70,000 likes.
