The CODi was inaugurated by Tata Group and Air India Chairman N Chandrasekaran, alongside key executives, including CEO Campbell Wilson and Chief Digital & Technology Officer Dr. Satya Ramaswamy.

Located in Infopark Phase II, the nine-floor facility features modern workspaces, meeting rooms, and a unique brainstorming area called the ‘Bodhi Tree.’ Each floor is named after historic Kerala kingdoms, reflecting the region’s cultural heritage. Campbell Wilson emphasized that CODi will drive AI-powered innovations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
