TN 12th Results
On May 6, 2024, at 9:30 AM, the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) unveiled the results of the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) for Class 12. The overall pass rate was recorded at 94.56%. When examining the results by gender, girls exhibited a higher performance, achieving a pass percentage of 96.44%, whereas boys attained a pass rate of 92.37%.
TN HSE Stream Wise Results
Out of the 7,60,606 students who appeared for the TN HSE +2 exam this year, the numbers break down as follows: 4,86,961 students in the science stream, 11,585 in arts, and 33,256 in vocational courses. The pass count includes 4,69,177 from the science stream, 9,925 from arts, and 28,549 from vocational courses. The overall pass percentage for the TN HSE +2 exam this year is 94.56%. Students can access their TNDGE Class 12 results using their roll number and date of birth.
TN HSE Exam Schedule
The TN HSC plus 2 exams were conducted from March 1 to 22, with a strategic scheduling of a three to five day gap before the main subjects, allowing students sufficient time for preparation.
TN HSE Exams 2023 Pass Rate
Last year, approximately 8.51 lakh students participated in the Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) Higher Secondary Examinations (HSE) encompassing science, arts, and commerce streams from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. The pass percentage for Class 12 TN HSE exams last year was recorded at 94.03%, while it was 93.80% in 2022. The results for the TN SSLC Class 10 exams are scheduled to be declared on May 10. These examinations took place from March 26 to April 8, with practical exams for TN SSLC conducted from February 26 to 28.
